Turned parts are produced in different ways depending on size and quantity. Switch between the options to see what each route changes.
Continuous bar stock
Parts within the bar capacity are turned from bar stock, which suits repeat quantities of the same part.
Diameter and length tolerances are confirmed against the drawing before quoting.
State the bar diameter and the finished part length.

What part diameters can you turn?
The achievable diameter range depends on the machine selected for your part. Send the drawing with the finished dimensions and we will confirm which route applies.
Which materials do you turn?
Common metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass. State the grade on your drawing; if you have not fixed a grade, describe the service conditions and we will discuss options.
Can you produce threads to a specified standard?
Threads are produced to the specification on the drawing. State the thread standard and class so it can be confirmed during review.
Do you turn small batches as well as production runs?
Both are handled. Tell us the expected quantity at enquiry stage, because it affects the setup and the process route we recommend.
What documentation comes with the parts?
Inspection records and QC photo packs are prepared as part of the pre-production workflow. Tell us at enquiry stage which documents your project requires so they can be included.
