We ship worldwide from our facility in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, which is conveniently located near the ports of Zhuhai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. Depending on your order volume and urgency, we can arrange sea freight (FCL or LCL) for cost-effective bulk shipments, air freight for urgent deliveries, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples or small parcels. We typically work on FOB Zhuhai/Shenzhen terms but can also accommodate CIF, CFR, or DAP arrangements based on your preference. Our export team will coordinate with your designated freight forwarder or recommend reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery.

Our standard payment terms are 30% advance payment by T/T (telegraphic transfer) and the remaining 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L copy). We also accept payment by L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight for larger orders. For long-term customers and repeat orders, we can discuss more flexible payment arrangements based on mutual trust and order history. All payments are made to our verified company bank account, and we provide official commercial invoices and packing lists for your records and customs clearance.

Lead times vary depending on project complexity, order quantity, and material availability. For standard sheet metal and CNC machined parts, our typical production lead time is 15–25 business days after drawing approval and deposit confirmation. For prototype or sample orders, we can often complete production within 7–15 business days. For large-volume orders or projects requiring special surface treatments, the lead time may extend to 30–45 business days. We will provide a specific delivery schedule with your quotation and keep you updated throughout the production process.

Yes, custom manufacturing is our core business. We specialize in OEM and ODM services for precision sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining. Our full-range capabilities include laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, and precision CNC machining, all managed under one roof. You can provide us with 2D drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF), 3D models (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks), or even sample parts, and our engineering team will review the design for manufacturability (DFM) and provide feedback before production. Equipped with industry-leading machinery such as the TRUMPF TruMatic 6000 combined laser cutting and punching machine, we can handle both prototype development and high-volume production runs to your exact specifications.

Quality is embedded in our process, not bolted on. We hold IATF 16949:2016 certification, demonstrating our commitment to automotive-industry quality management standards. Our production floor is equipped with industry-leading equipment, including the TRUMPF TruMatic 6000, which delivers consistent part quality across both prototype and volume runs. Every project follows a structured pre-production workflow starting with a drawing review and DFM analysis. During production, we conduct in-process inspections using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools. Final inspection includes dimensional verification, surface finish checks, and material certification review before shipment. We provide full inspection reports and material certificates upon request.

We use export-grade packaging designed to protect precision parts during long-distance transport. Standard packaging includes PE film wrapping, bubble wrap, and foam padding for individual parts, with outer cartons or wooden crates for consolidation. For heavier or larger items, we use fumigated wooden pallets or plywood crates that comply with ISPM-15 phytosanitary standards for international shipping. We can also accommodate custom packaging requirements, such as individual labeling, barcoding, or retail-ready packaging, upon request. Each shipment includes a detailed packing list for easy inventory management upon arrival.

As a precision sheet metal and CNC machining fabrication service provider, we are flexible with order quantities. For custom parts, our standard MOQ is typically 100 pieces per item, but we also accept smaller trial orders and prototype runs to help you validate designs before committing to volume production. For repeat orders and larger production runs, we offer tiered pricing to help you reduce per-unit costs. Please share your project requirements and target quantities with us, and we will provide a tailored quotation.

We stand behind the quality of every part we produce. If you receive products that do not meet the agreed specifications or quality standards, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will review the issue together with you and provide a resolution, which may include rework, replacement, or credit toward your next order, depending on the nature of the issue. Our engineering team is available to provide ongoing technical support, including design optimization suggestions for future orders.
