Zhuhai ChunTian Machine Technology Co., Ltd. has specialized in precision sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining since 2009. With 300–1,000 employees and an annual revenue of USD 30–150 million, we operate a full-range fabrication facility serving machinery importers, distributors, and EPC buyers worldwide. Our production floor is built around industry-leading equipment, including the TRUMPF TruMatic 6000-a combined laser cutting and punching machine that delivers high productivity and consistent part quality across both prototype and volume runs. Core capabilities span laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, and precision CNC machining, allowing us to manage projects from drawing to delivery under one roof. Quality is embedded in our process, not bolted on. Laser welding Robot

From automotive to aerospace – laser welding is suitable for many different areas of application. The decisive advantages of the process are the high welding speed and the low heat input.A robot laser welding system consists of a servo-controlled, multi-axis mechanical arm, with a laser cutting head mounted to the face plate of the robot arm.Chuntian introduced a dozen sets of various types of welding robots including laser welding,arc welding,TIG &MIG welding,spot welding in the past few years.
