CNC Parts Manufacturer
CNC Machining Parts Manufacturer
ChunTian manufactures CNC machining parts to buyer drawings, covering milling, turning, inspection and finishing under one roof. Buyers receive a drawing review and manufacturability feedback before a quotation is issued, so the process route is agreed before production.
Capability matrix
What a machining parts manufacturer provides
Beyond cutting metal, a machining parts manufacturer provides the process route, the inspection record and the documentation a buyer needs.
Process route
Milling, turning and secondary operations planned as one route rather than separate jobs.
Inspection
Dimensional inspection against the drawing, with results recorded for the buyer.
Documentation
Inspection records and QC photo packs prepared as part of the pre-production workflow.
Finishing
Deburring and surface treatment to protect the part and meet the specified finish.
Selection guide
Match the engagement to your project stage
What you need from a manufacturer changes as a project moves from concept to repeat supply. Switch between the options to see what each stage involves.
Design still being validated
At prototype stage the drawing may still change. We review manufacturability and flag features that would be difficult or costly to produce before cutting metal.
Prototype parts are inspected against the current drawing revision.
Send the current drawing and note which features are still open.
Typical applications
Where machined parts are used
The examples below describe typical application types, not specific customer projects.
Industrial equipment parts
Machined components that locate, drive or support moving parts inside industrial machinery.
Automation components
Precision parts used in fixtures, grippers and positioning systems.
Instrumentation parts
Small precision components used in measuring and control devices.
Production floor
Equipment behind the parts
Machining and fabrication run on the same production floor, so a part that needs both processes stays on one process route and one inspection record.

How an order runs
From enquiry to shipment
Enquiry and review
We read the drawing and 3D model and identify features that need clarification.
Manufacturability feedback
Where a feature is difficult or costly to machine, we flag it and suggest an alternative.
First article
A first article is produced and inspected before the batch is released.
Inspection record
Inspection results and QC photo packs are prepared for the buyer.
Shipment
Parts are packed against a shipment checklist before dispatch.
Buyer questions
Questions buyers ask before ordering
What machining capability do you have?
Milling, turning and secondary operations are handled on the same production floor, alongside sheet metal fabrication. Send the drawing and we will confirm which route applies to your part.
Which tolerances can you hold?
Achievable tolerance depends on the feature, material and part size. Tell us which dimensions are critical and we will confirm what the process route can hold for your part.
Which materials do you machine?
Common metals including aluminium, stainless steel, steel and brass. State the grade on your drawing; if you have not fixed a grade, describe the service conditions and we will discuss options.
Do you handle small batches as well as production runs?
Both are handled. Tell us the expected quantity at enquiry stage, because it affects the setup and the process route we recommend.
What documentation comes with the parts?
Inspection records and QC photo packs are prepared as part of the pre-production workflow. Tell us at enquiry stage which documents your project requires so they can be included.
